At Journey Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup at your convenience.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
